Wocher Co. medical screw vise made in Cincinnati Ohio. The only reference information I could find on this device is in relation to the Bohler's Os Calcis clamp (see pic 2). Only what is shown in the photos is what's included, no clamping pads/bases included. Used with various signs of age and wear as shown in the photos. Unsure of the date of manufacture. #464
