Speyside Distillery’s ‘Signature’ Single Malt Scotch Whisky released Autumn 2022.
100% maturation in bourbon casks, bottled at 46%, non chill filtered and with no added colour.
Limited release of 3,000 individually numbered bottles.
TASTING NOTES
Colour:
Nose: A classic Trutina light nose, with pear, spearmint and boiled sweets.
Palate: Initial lip tingling, peppery warmth leading into cream soda sweetness. A few drops of water and the flavours develop into pure Speyside heather honey.
Finish: Age adds depth & complexity to the mouthfeel. A warm buttery smooth finish.
