🔸️They are proven training aids for dogs and their handlers who compete in dog sports and dog fitness. These include dog agility, gundog training, obedience, IGP (Schutzhund) training, rally or freestyle. This 2 piece box set is suitable for all dog breeds and puppies.
Your order will include:
1 Dog training place board. L 55 × W 35 × H 6cm. Weight approximately 4kg. This is made using a 9mm thickness OSB Stirling top, with a treated timber base.
1 Dog training pivot box. L 30 × W 30 × H 12cm. Weight approximately 3kg. This is made using a 9mm thickness Elliotis plywood top with a treated timber base. Sizes may vary slightly due to being handcrafted, but this is minimal.
🔸️The set is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Please be advised that some blemishes and imperfections will be visible in the timber but this is due to the natural grain of the wood and how the timber is treated. Because of this, no piece will ever be identical.
🔸️Why teach dogs to pivot? The behaviour requires the dog to change direction by moving their rear end whilst keeping their feet in place.

🔸️The pivot boxes and place boards are sturdy and stable, which is vital for your dog to feel safe and secure when stepping onto them. If you are using the pivot box and place board indoors and have concerns regarding movement on hard surfaces, rubber pads can be applied to the base corners at no extra cost. Please just ask!
🔸️The tops can be lined with a quality sourced 28mm thickness artificial grass surface, a 6mm thickness astroturf surface or EVA foam matting from our coloured range. The EVA foam tiles are non-toxic, waterproof and easy to clean. (Colours may vary slightly from the listing photos due to different lighting when photos are taken). Research suggests that dogs see the world through a unique colour spectrum and yellow and blue are dominant colours in dog colour vision. Please make your selection from the drop down menu.
