The japanese copy of Castlevania 64, known as Akumajou Dracula Mokushi Hashumi or Akumajou Dracula Apocalypse. I have not tested it, but I am confident that it works.
Will work in a US N64 ONLY IF you replace the back of the cartridge with a US back, or you get an adapter that allows unmodified cartridges to play on a NTSC-U console. I am unsure if english is an option in the game, but assume that it isn't.
