It comes with a trim plate, mounting screws, mounting hardware, instructions, batteries, wiring base, and other items included. The device has a low voltage of 24V and is suitable for heat-cool-off system switching. It also has smart home compatibility with Google Home/Assistant, Amazon Alexa, and Nest, and features wireless, built-in WiFi, Bluetooth, low battery indicator, smart connectivity, energy report, filter replacement indicator, lockable, night light, etc.

Kit is a customer return, professionally inspected, tested, w/brand new battery, perfectly working WIFI, fully functional, clean and comes w/all the parts shown in listing pictures. Kit will either be Google or Nest branded and arrive with all the parts and instructions necessary for a new and complete installation. The thermostat display part has a shiny, scratch-free, clear lens screen. PLEASE NOTE: The kit cannot be sold as new and has been DISCOUNTED due to having HEAVY cosmetic blemishes on the small, bottom black strip (see pictures) and may also have minor cosmetic blemishes on wiring base part and/or metal ring (due to store return, shipping and/or handling) which do not impact the functionality. The kit will arrive professionally repackaged in a generic box to ensure safe transport. If you purchase more than one then the products will arrive packed together in a single Contractor's Bulk Pack generic box to save on shipping and handling.
