This is a Pelouze Postage scale up to 5 lbs x 1/2 oz.  It is a mechanical scale with an adjustable dial so it is accurately on zero when weighing.  The rates are reflecting January, 2006. Please contact me if you have any questions.  Thank you for looking at my post.
