1. Design errors/wrong order: Completely wrong design compared to the information provided by customers on eBay.
   
   
2. Bad quality: Blurry image/print.
   
   
3. Significantly different from the description.
   
   
4. Defective/Damaged due to the fault of our factory or the carrier.
   
   
5. Order sent to the wrong address.
