Shipping Policy
Our warehouse is located in Washington DC and we use USPS services for posting small items. We also use couriers for larger packages, or if you have upgraded your delivery during checkout.

We will ship all orders received before 5am on the same day between Monday to Friday. Please provide your phone number for the couriers. We will ship to your address specified on the checkout, please ensure correct shipping address is selected on your payment, as we are unable to change addresses afterwards.

Delivery Time
Most of our customers receive their orders within 5 days, please note we rely on economy services where the service is not guaranteed to arrive within this time, unless you select day definite service. 

Collection
If you are in a rush to complete your project, please contact us to arrange collection of your order. Please note all collections are not always possible. We are happy to try to do it for you.

Remote locations and oversize parcels
In the rare occasion that we are unable to find an economy carrier for the parcel size and/or for the shipping address, we will contact you to let you know of the available options. Fees may apply. If no other options are available, we may cancel your order. We appreciate your understanding for any inconveniences caused and we hope that you understand we always do the best we can to ship our products to you, our valuable customer.

Service
