Refunds for USPS orders are limited to the carrier’s approved claim value for the item only,
up to $100; shipping costs are not included. For items valued over
$100, increased carrier coverage is available if requested prior to
purchase. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
with documented proof.
