This vegan shaman drum is constructed of natural beechwood for durability, with a blue woman and floral design on a polyurethane / vegan leather drum skin. The back of the drum is made of laser cut triple plywood with a tree of life print (it is not made of rope cords). Comes with a solid wood mallet with synthetic fake fur end.  At 10" in diameter, this drum is easily handheld and fun to play, the sound can be louder or quieter depending on how hard the drum is hit, a perfect gift!
