These maybe vintage

Not glass, possibly foam - both have tiny areas where the foam appers beneath, see picture. It's definitely hard to see and doesn't distract from unique beauty.

Unsure of what the small circles are, they are not beads or glitter.

Two round are 2in diameter are nice complement and similar color and glitter.
