This is a TWO troy ounce .999 fine silver ingot from Reckless Metals of Utah.  This ingot is named "Death Consumes All V4".  It is the fourth version.  They are limited to 250 and each is individually numbered on the back.  The numbers I have are 034, 037, 038 and 039.  Each is unique and has been antiqued to bring out the artwork.  The pictures are typical of the ingot you will receive.
