Used condition, these came from a Waterloo Toolbox machinist tool box.  please pay special attention to the design of this item, this fits this toolbox, but might not fit any other toolboxes, see all pics

normal used condition, this is vintage so will show wear, oil, dirt, discolortion, rust etc. Please note, this is for one latch only, not the toolbox, the toolbox is shown for reference only and is not included.#W198. I cleaned this up a little, but any further cleaning will be left to the buyer. One pop rivet will need to be removed by the buyer.
