Shipping:
We ship all orders within 24-hours after payment has cleared. We ship from Monday to Friday. Transit time provide it by eBay is an estimate and most of the time accurate; however it's not a rule; as there are factors such as weather or logistic issues that could cause delivery delays. If Global Shipping by eBay is offered, your order will be shipped through this service. eBay provides a physical address in the US; we ship to this address and eBay ships to your location. Item must be in brand new condition, unused, the same way you received it. From November 1st until Dec 31st; you have until Jan 15th to return the order
Defective & Damage Merchandise:
In the unlikely situation that the item arrived damaged, please keep all original packaging and email uswithin 5-days of receiving your order. Please note that it takes between 5 and 7 business days to get a refund for a damaged item as we may need to inspect it. Don't throw away any packaging material; we need it to file insurance claims. After inspection is done, we will ship a replacement (if available) or issue a credit to your original form of payment.
If the item is defective, please contact us within 14-days of receiving your order. All items have manufacturer's warranty; if the manufacturer is not able to handle your request, we will handle it for you. Note that warranty must be processed in the US.
