The Hall China Company was founded in 1903 by Robert Hall in East Liverpool, Ohio, and it began producing teapots in 1919. Hall China became a world leader in chinaware production, especially teapots, and its products were used by many companies, including Jewel Tea, Forman Family Inc., and the International Silver Company. The company closed in 2020, but some of its teapots are considered highly collectible
