100% iron, traditionally, it is believed that cooking in iron utensils, such as a karahi, provides health benefits. It is said that when you cook food in iron vessels, it reacts with the metal surface. As a result, iron gets released in the food.

Wash the iron utensils with a mild dish washing detergent and dry immediately. Don't use any abrasive kitchen scrubbers or sponges, such as steel wool.

Before storing, apply a thin coat of vegetable oil to protect it from rust. Always store the pan in a clean and dry place away from water and moisture.

Please clean the Kadai Pan nicely with clean water before your first use.

This iron karahi is entirely handmade from traditional pure iron, therefore the surface will not be completely smooth & may contain marks/bumps. Please Note Scratches & Uneven Surfaces Are Normal On These kind of Handmade Products, Please don't expect like Machine made finish. But it does not effect on the performance of the item.
