ITEM DESCRIPTION:

We manufacture our matte black Performance Pack style rear spoiler for Ford Mustang 2015-2022 from ABS plastic.

Finished in matte black.

INSTALLATION:

1. Preparation:
– Clean the area on the tailgate where the spoiler will be installed, ensuring it’s free from dirt, wax, or grease.

2. Positioning:
– Place the spoiler onto the tailgate in the desired position to mark where holes will be drilled. Use a marker or pencil to outline the precise spots.

3. Marking Hole Positions:
– Mark the spots on the tailgate where the holes for the spoiler will be drilled. Ensure accuracy by aligning the spoiler correctly.

4. Drilling Holes:
– Carefully drill holes in the marked positions on the tailgate using the appropriate drill bit size. Follow the spoiler’s instructions for the recommended hole size.

5. Attaching the Spoiler:
– Place the spoiler back onto the tailgate, aligning the drilled holes on the spoiler with the holes on the tailgate.
– Insert bolts through the holes in the spoiler and tailgate, securing them with nuts from the inside of the tailgate.

6. Tightening Bolts:
– Using a screwdriver or wrench set, tighten the bolts and nuts to secure the spoiler firmly onto the tailgate. Ensure the spoiler sits flush against the tailgate.

7. Final Checks:
– Double-check that the spoiler is securely attached and doesn’t have any play or movement. Adjust the bolts if necessary for a snug fit.
– Clean off any marks or residue from the installation process using a clean cloth or alcohol wipes.

Does not fit the convertible model as it will interfere with the 3rd brake light.
