Pendulum Steel body   4 1/4 x 2 1/8"  New Old Stock. Brass finish. Still has the thin plastic film on the surface. The weight part is steel. The hanger is maybe brass. I don't know but it is stronger than aluminum. That is not an adjustment nut!! It seems to be decorative only.  But the hanger does slide in the back for adjustments.
