This is a Vintage Gold Tone Metal Trinket Box with a gorgeous cobalt blue painted lid. The bottom is flat and embossed with a design.  The top is smooth with a painted scene depicting a courting couple.  Measures approximately 1.5 inches wide.  In beautiful condition with no chips or cracks.
