This is an original US Surgical Corporation/Auto Suture Company SFS stapler. It used the SM skin staple cartridge if I recall correctly. Head rotates and trigger works smoothly.
Has been used as a display "object" for the past many years and is being sold as display item only. My memory is that this is a demo unit that was given to me when I was with the company in the 1990s. Decluttering and some things need to go.
