Aluminum differential spool/locker for the TRA 8S / XRT (fit Front, Center and Rear). 6S (fit Front and Rear)
With a traditional center differential, power is transferred to the front tires as the vehicle accelerates and the front tires are unloaded, thus allowing them to slip and resulting in the loss of torque and acceleration due to tire spin. The center spool replaces the diff action and applies the most torque to the tires that have the most traction. This equates to much greater acceleration when compared to a vehicle equipped with a center differential. Due to the increased torque and stress on the drivetrain, this part is recommended for off-road use only.
This spool can be use in the front or rear differential too (with the provide center aluminum diver cup mount Rod)

Application of grease:
For 8s Center lock Reuses TRA 7784X output gear, existing bearings, shaft, and pinion gear
For front and Rear Differential Reuses Stock Diff gear, Diff Cup and the Out Drive Cup.
Check for proper screw installation before use
Medium thread lock (blue threadlocking compound) on screws
COMMENTS: - Due to inherent additional drivetrain strain that comes with replacing a differential with a spool, this item is recommended for off-road use only
Replaces TRA 7796 center differential (less 7784x output gear)
Not compatible with TRA 6S plastic center gear
