It appears the store wrote over something on the tag. I believe it says size 28 I tried it on (I am 18-20) and it was big in the shoulders, arms, chest and had room in the belly area. This is my moms, we are cleaning out her closet of approximately $20K worth of well kept items, many with tags. Shoes, jackets, dressy outfits of all kinds.
