This looks to be a unique and rarer edition of this classic book! Most likely from the late 1800s to early 1900s. No publication date printed inside that I could find. Significant shelf/storage-wear, especially on the spine. The binding seems to be intact. The pictures are meant to highlight the condition of the book, including the flaws.
