Ominous Cloud Works is proud to release in-house grown springtail starter colonies! The perfect addition to your terrarium or bio-active enclosures clean-up crew!

Springtails are a hexapod that eat decaying organic matter and fungi, they keep the ecosystem balanced by not allowing decomposing waste material to build up along with isopod, which are also available in our shop!

Our springtails come in a charcoal starter-style set up, with a minimum count of 50+ individuals of varying ages as well as enough complimentary isopod/springtail food to start the culture off for a few weeks and a beginners care guide.

For those who know a little bit about springtails, these cultures are specifically Entomobryomorpha Coecobrya sp. commonly referred to as Tropical Whites in the Elongated Springtail Family.

We also only ship bugs on Mondays, this is to give the maximum number of back to back trading days for Australia post to get your order to you without delay.
