This beautiful necklace and earring set features 9mm venetian glass beads with copper aventurine flecks. All of the beads are actually clear glass, but they are colored red, black, and white by the material that the glass maker floated to the center of the beads. The aventurine is most obvious in the black beads, but it is present in all of the beads. Each bead in the necklace has bead caps and is separated by a 3mm gold-tone bead.

The necklace is 56" long and can easily be worn doubled without opening the clasp. It can be worn tripled as a choker if you open the barrel clasp to put it on.

The clip-on earrings are 1" in diameter and feature the same black and red beads that are in the necklace. They say "Italy made on the back of the clip.

This is a vintage set, based upon the clasps, probably from the 1960s or 1970s. It has tarnish and wear consistent with age and use. There are no broken or chipped beads, but there is discoloration to the bead caps. All clasps work well. See photos for condition details
