A wonderfully adorable FENTON Iridescent Opalescent Teddy Bear figurine with a blue rhinestone necklace (believe this is the March aquamarine necklace). This piece has the original Oval Silver with Black Print FENTON Handpainted in USA sticker in place dating the piece to 1985 to 1996. The teddy's features are hand painted and signed by Fenton artist Pamela Fleak.
