About the importer's responsibility

For US buyers: Shipping cost includes import duties and taxes (Delivered Duty Paid).

For NON-US buyers: Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. For EU buyers, VAT may be collected automatically by eBay for orders under €150, but may vary by country. EU orders may also incur customs duties for items valued over €150, which may be charged at the time of delivery. If the package is returned due to unpaid VAT, customs duties, taxes, or failure to complete the import process, a refund will be issued after deducting the actual round shipping cost and any related fees.
