Usage Profile:
The first time to access the lithium battery, need to have charging action to activate the chip
Short press the button to display the battery level (LED light up time about half a minute)
When the battery voltage is lower than 3V, the battery will be pre-charged with 300mA current.
When the battery voltage is higher than 3V, it will enter into constant current charging, limiting the input current to 2.4A.
When the battery voltage is higher than 4.2V, it enters constant voltage charging
5V constant output, 5V output port can support small current loads
