    Installation

     

    1. Loosen any screws, clamps or retaining springs that secure the headlight.
    2. Disconnect the wires from the end light assembly.
    3. Remove the old headlight unit from the front body.
    4. Install the new headlight assembly onto the vehicle.
    5. Use screws, clamps or springs to secure the new headlight securely and make sure all fixing points are sealed.
    6. Properly reconnect the previously disconnected wires to the new component.
    7. Replace the previously removed grilles and other related parts and make sure they are properly installed and sealed.
    8. Functionally test the newly installed headlight assembly.

     

    Note:

     

    Before you begin to adjust the light, make sure to check the alignment of your lights first. Park the vehicle about 10 to 25 feet from the wall with the lights aimed at the wall. The center lines of the headlights should not be any higher than 3.5 feet above the ground.
