Audi A5 SE A5 S-line S5 2007-2016 wide body kit wheel fenders

ITEM DESCRIPTION:

• We have designed and manufactured our X-UK wide body wheel arches kit for the Audi A5 SE, A5 S-line, and S5 2007-2016 Coupe / Convertible in-house from high-grade FRP (fiber re-enforced plastic).
• It comes with 4 piece bolt-on wheel arches kit with x2 adds-on accessories.

MODIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• 1. Preparation: Ensure your vehicle is on a level surface and take safety precautions, including wearing protective gear such as goggles and gloves.
• 2. Measure and Mark: Measure and mark the areas on the front and rear fenders that need to be cut to accommodate the wider fender flares. Use a measuring tape, straightedge, and masking tape to achieve precise markings.
• 3. Cutting: Carefully cut along the marked lines using the appropriate cutting tools. You can use a rotary tool with a cutting wheel or a saw. Take your time to ensure clean and accurate cuts.
• 4. Test Fit: Prior to installation, perform a test fit of the wide body kit wheel fenders to confirm proper alignment with the newly cut fender openings. Make any necessary adjustments to ensure a perfect fit.
• 5. Drilling Holes: Mark the locations on the fender flares where holes will be drilled for rivet nuts. These holes will correspond to the holes you’ll drill into the vehicle’s body. Use a drill bit that matches the size of the rivet nuts.
• 6. Installing Rivet Nuts: Install the rivet nuts into the holes you drilled on the fender flares.
• 7. Securing the Fenders: With the rivet nuts in place, align the fender flares with the vehicle’s body and insert screws or bolts through the fender flares into the rivet nuts. Tighten them securely to ensure a snug fit.
• 8. Finishing Touches: After attaching the fenders, inspect the installation to ensure all connections are secure, and the fenders align properly with your Audi’s body. Make any necessary adjustments.
• 9. Final Inspection: Perform a final inspection to ensure the fenders are securely attached, and the installation looks seamless with your Audi’s body. Make any final touch-ups or adjustments as needed.
