Centaury herb is indicated for:
loss of appetite;
nausea;
flatulence;
chronic hepatitis;
biliary dyskinesia, gallbladder hypotonic and hypokinetic type;
cholecystitis.
Compound
Active ingredient: Centaury herb (Centaurii herba).
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the drug. Reflux esophagitis, peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum.
Mode of application
Place 2 tablespoons of herbs in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml of hot boiled water, close the lid and leave in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes. Cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, strain, squeeze the residue into strained infusion. Bring the volume of infusion with boiled water to 200 ml. Take warm, 1 tablespoon 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals.
