I checked the item at the professional camera shop in JAPAN.

So don't worry about the condition.

Front lens thin haze, thin scratches, and mold marks.
Depending on the environment in which the camera is used, this may affect photography. This is the reason for the as-is condition.
There is so tiny dust inside the lens, but of course it dose not affect the photos.
There is no balsam separation.

This lens is very clean.
