Although never a permanent solution. 

Set your standard iron to a maximum heat option. 

Place patch as desired.

Apply maximum pressure at max heat setting for 30 seconds.

Allow glue to surface and cool onto garment.

Merrowed border vs cut border
A merrowed border by definition is a wrapped embroidered edge that goes along the perimeter of the patch. A cut border is a precision lasered edge on the edge of the patch. On patches with an iron on backing, the merrowed border edge WILL NOT contain the iron on backing adhesive glue. This may cause the patch to warp after frequent washing as the iron on adhesive would not cover the perimeter of the patch. However the cut border will have the glue through the complete back side of the patch (see reference photo), allowing a complete bond of the complete patch to garment. Our cut border edge is thick enough for sewing and better suited for heat pressing.
