Send all of your parcels safely and conveniently with our Royal Mail postal boxes.

Our postal boxes have been designed to comply with the Royal Mail’s exact specifications for small and large parcels, enabling you to send valuable items quickly and securely. They’ll also help to give a much more accurate idea of your shipping costs, enabling a more cost-effective distribution service. Built from fully degradable cardboard, these lightweight mailing boxes are ideal for sending small or large items, and provide a high level of protection against shocks, knocks and any other damage than can occur in transit. They can also be recycled after use, or repurposed to provide long-lasting protection for items in storage.

Our postal boxes come delivered flat for ease of storage and use, and can be sealed simply with adhesive tape. We’d recommend using a medium such as tissue paper or bubble wrap to help anchor products within the box. Available individually, or in packs of up to 500, they’re perfectly suited both to the amateur online seller and the global ecommerce business.

We Only Dispatch to the UK

Please note weight restrictions, any package weighing over 750g will have a free upgrade to 48 Hour Courier. Due to weight and size restrictions some orders may be split into separate parcels.

Economy Delivery (1-3 Days)

We offer this as a FREE service.
The Royal Mail state they aim to deliver within 3 working days after the day posted.

48 Hour Courier
A small charge will added for this service; please see the individual listing page for this charge.
Combined orders weighing over 750g will qualify for a free upgrade to this service.

24 Hour Courier
A small charge may added for this service depending on the location, please read the individual listing page for this charge. Combined orders weighing over 4kg may qualify for a free upgrade depending on the delivery location, please read the individual listing pages. Only available Monday to Friday - Dispatch and Deliveries.

Dispatch Times
At ODL Packaging we appreciate that as a mail order business our customers would like their new purchase to be with them as soon as possible. That is why we offer a morning and afternoon Royal Mail dispatch.

Monday - Friday
9:00 am - All the previous nights orders will be dispatched.
4:00 pm - All the days orders will be dispatched.

All orders received after the Friday postal run will be dispatched on the following Monday unless it’s a Bank Holiday in which case it will be the next working day.

If you place your order before the times above we will try our best to have your goods packaged and sent on its way to you.

All orders dispatched using a 24 Hour Courier are dispatched and delivered Monday - Friday PM.

ODL Packaging cannot be held responsible for any postal delays you may encounter; the above is for guidance only. ODL Packaging relies on the postal services to provide us and our customers with a service we are all happy with. We have never broken our promise that we will dispatch any order out within 24hours of one being placed (MON-FRI).

In the unlikely event of an item needing to be returned to ODL Packaging, the customer must contact ODL Packaging and all items must be of the same quality as originally sent and within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Error by ODL Packaging

The customer is liable for all return postage and packaging fees, if ODL Packaging on receiving the returned item find the item to be faulty or as other than as described we will refund the return fees and offer a full refund or a replacement order which will be at the customer choice.

The customer is liable for all return postage and packaging fees, ODL Packaging on receiving the returned item will offer a full refund minus a small charge for handling and packaging and postage charges (These charges will be agreed with the customer before the item is returned), or a replacement item (A small postage and packaging fee will be applied).
