We accept returns for 30 days for defective systems. We do not accept returns for non-defective systems. If we make an exception and allow a non-defective return, we will charge a 15% restocking fee.

If you take the system outside of the United States, we will not pay for your return shipping to us or our shipping back to you (in the event of an exchange). You will be fully responsible for all International shipping charges, duties, taxes and fees.

If your system is damaged in shipping, please contact us within 24 hours and we will file a claim with the shipping company. No refunds will be given until the shipping company has decided the claim. We will not be responsible for any shipping damage that you report more than 3 days after delivery.
