*Cross items are not sealed! Anything listed as new has never been used, if you see something in the picture that looks like a scratch, it's NOT!  Sometimes the camera picks up reflections.  We use white gloves in handling these, so as not to get fingerprints on them.  Anything, even a minor discrepancy will be noted under description!  Please read the description, and look at all of the pictures!

*If it doesn't say NIB=New In Box, or comes with a box, or doesn't show your item in a box, you can assume it doesn't come with one.  If you don't see a box listed, and you would like one,  just leave us a message.  Some pens come without boxes, but we will put that in the description.

*All Cross writing instruments and desk set pen holder mechanisms are unquestionably guaranteed against mechanical failure, regardless of age from the Cross Warranty Service Center.  Any Cross product or part requiring service under this warranty will be repaired or replaced when received at our factory from the consumer (postage and insurance are the responsibility of the consumer, and processing fees may apply). Any such product that is no longer in production and cannot be repaired will be replaced by a comparable Cross product. Lead, erasers and ink refills exhausted in the course of normal use, and emblems and other customized decorations, are excluded from this warranty; also excluded are fountain pen nibs and other parts damaged from impact, unreasonable use or obvious abuse. The Cross guarantee extends our assurance of a lifetime of writing pleasure to every owner of a Cross writing instrument. *Please be aware if you make a false claim to eBay, you will be reported, and banned from any of our sites. If you have any problems, email us first, before opening a case.  In most cases we can resolve it right away.

If you return "New Items" for any reason other than a defect, and they now have a scratch on them, or anything different than when we sent them to you; there will be a fee charged, and you will not get the full price back, because we will have to devalue them, and they can't be resold as "NEW"!  The same goes for “Used Items”, they must be returned just as they were when sent out!  If you are returning for what is deemed to be "NOT a good reason" IE.. buyers remorse, you found them cheaper elsewhere, you decided you didn't want them, you didn't know how to operate your item correctly, etc... there will be a 30% restocking fee charged.  We will replace any defective item rather than giving a refund, if we have a replacement.  If we don't have a replacement, We will issue credit for JerrysPens merchandise.  We do want you to be happy with your purchase; unfortunately there are a few people abusing eBay's rules and policies, so we had to put a stop to that.
