Cush Core Trail Tire Insert, Mixed 27.5"/29", Set with Valves
Reference Number: 3ES3DP
The Cush Core Trail Tire Insert (Mixed 27.5"/29") is designed to improve your mountain biking experience by enhancing tire performance. Third-party testing shows it provides a 12% smoother ride, 35% more sidewall stability, 16% less suspension travel consumption, 3% less rolling resistance, and reduces impact force transferred to the rim by 50% compared to a standard tubeless setup.
This insert works with tubeless-ready or tubeless converted mountain bike rims and tires, compatible with standard tubeless sealants. It does not absorb sealant. The insert divides the tire's inner volume, keeping air underneath the tread and the foam insert next to the rim for better support.
Each set includes two 44mm CushCore presta air valves that allow air to flow without obstruction, a valve core tool, installation instructions, and rim stickers. The Trail Mixed Set fits rims 22-35mm wide and tires 2.1-2.5" wide. The package includes a pair of inserts weighing 212 grams.
