Benjamin Franklin 1 Cent Green Stamp Antique Dog Rotograph Postcard 1906 Bromide

Postcard to Mildred Carpenter in Wellsville, New York.   Postcard is dated 1906 on the photograph. It says here in print "This card is a real photograph on bromide paper,"  - the rotograph company New York City.

The photograph shows a dog in front of a bowl and the dog is "saying": "Wish they'd bring my milk."

The card is approximately five and a half by three and a half inches.

It looks like the postcard was purchased for $2 (a price was penciled in next to the stamp in the upper right hand corner) at some point (most likely in the '50s, 60s or 70s); this card is part of our family estate collection.
