1991-92 Hartford Whalers 8 x 10 B&W Team Photo. By the Connecticut Lottery. Excellent condition but there are some light bends (not quite creases) on a couple corners. Also, there is a stain on the lower right edge on the front of the photo. I tried to photograph it but it proved difficult. You can just about make it out in the close-up shot. There is a small black speck of something on the front just over the "O" in Hartford. It might come off but I did not want to fool around with it.  You will be buying this item "AS IS". It will be well-wrapped for shipping.
