PROCESSING TIME:
  • All our jewelry takes 1to 3 business days to manufacture. Your order confirmation email will also include the estimated delivery date. You will also receive an email when the order ships.

  • Shipping normally takes 1-4 business days. These delivery times do not include manufacturing time (see above). Please allow additional delivery time if shipping to APOs, FPOs, PO boxes or remote locations.

  • Our jewelry is under warranty for 30 days against any defects in material or workmanship. If a stone falls out of your jewelry due to defect, we will replace it at no charge. (This warranty does not cover physical damage that may occur to the jewelry due to rough handling.)
  • All sales are limited to a 30-day return policy for all reasons.
  • We do not accept for return or refund packages that are refused at Customs.
  • To be eligible for return, all items must be returned in the same condition as sent to buyer.
