Know the Lift Support: 

The inflatable lifting bracket is a pressurized shock absorber, which is used to support the hood, hatch, trunk, rear window glass, etc. These pneumatic hydraulic rods lose power over time and need to be replaced.

How to Install the Lift Support:

• The support rod and piston rod must be installed in the downward position, not upside-down, which can reduce friction and ensure the best damping quality and buffer function.
• It is a high-pressure product, and it is strictly prohibited to analyze, roast, hit or touch it at will, and it is not allowed to be used as a handrail.
• Operating environment temperature: -35°C-+70°C. (Specific manufacture 80℃)
• It should not be subjected to oblique force or lateral force during work.
• Decide where the fulcrum is to be installed. To ensure that the work can be carried out accurately, the pneumatic rod (gas spring) piston rod must be installed in the downward position, not upside-down, which can reduce friction and ensure the best damping quality and buffer function. It must be installed in an accurate way, that is, when it is closed, move it over the center line of the structure, otherwise, the door is often pushed open automatically. Spray and paint after installing in the required position.
