How does the repair service work?
It's simple! After placing your order, you'll receive an email with information for mailing your existing module to our remanufacturing facility in California.


Once we receive it, it will take 1-2 days to perform the repair and testing, after which we will mail back your TIPM in good working order.


This service addresses all potential TIPM issues, including detailed analysis, repair or replacement of the failure-prone components, including relays, traces, integrated circuits and drivers.


In some cases, a TIPM may need further repairs, and we will discuss our findings with you if additional services are necessary. In other cases where we find nothing wrong with your original TIPM – pointing to a malfunction happening somewhere else in your vehicle – we will also notify you and return your TIPM.

2008 Dodge RAM 1500 TIPM Fuse and Relay Box Repair Service 6802800 * This is a REPAIR SERVICE * (NOT a rebuilt unit that we ship to you) where you send in your tipm to us to be tested / repaired. - Turnaround time is generally 2-3 days upon receiving your tipm, depending on volume. We try our best to complete within 3 days! - If your tipm tests fine, you will be notified, and refunded to only pay the $110 test fee. Your tipm will then be shipped back to you. INSTRUCTIONS FOR REPAIR SERVICE: **After you pay for the repair service, please message us the issues you are having with your tipm / vehicle** We will message your repair number to write on the box or on a paper in the box when you ship your tipm to us.
