How does the repair service work?
It's simple! After placing your order, you'll receive an email with information for mailing your existing module to our remanufacturing facility in California.


Once we receive it, it will take 1-2 days to perform the repair and testing, after which we will mail back your TIPM in good working order.


This service addresses all potential TIPM issues, including detailed analysis, repair or replacement of the failure-prone components, including relays, traces, integrated circuits and drivers.


In some cases, a TIPM may need further repairs, and we will discuss our findings with you if additional services are necessary. In other cases where we find nothing wrong with your original TIPM – pointing to a malfunction happening somewhere else in your vehicle – we will also notify you and return your TIPM.

2003-2005 Dodge RAM 1500 2500 3500 TIPM Fuse and Relay Box Repair Service 56051039 This is a REPAIR SERVICE for your TIPM. You mail us your TIPM, we test it, repair it, test it again and then mail it back to you. Turn around time is approximately 8 - 11 days. Watch our video below on how to easily disconnect the TIPM from your vehicle. The cheapest and fastest way to mail us your TIPM is in a priority mail medium flat rate box from USPS. Make sure you wrap your TIPM up in bubble wrap or newspaper when you pack it so that the casing doesn't get broken. We pay for the shipping back to you so don't include a return label. COMMON TIPM ISSUES INCLUDED IN THIS REPAIR: ---Fuel pump - won't turn on or is running continuously. The battery is being drained even when the vehicle is off. ---Engine will crank but won't start, is hard to start, or the vehicle will suddenly stall. ---Wipers won't work or are staying stuck on. ---Washer fluid pump (front or rear) won't work or is staying stuck on. ---Door locks for all the doors won't work. ---Horn won't work or will continuously blare. ---Dome lights won't work or stay stuck on. ---Backup lights won't turn on or stay stuck on. Specialty repairs are more complicated and are an additional charge ($30 - $80 extra) please message us beforehand if you are having the following issues: ---Some of the door locks will work but other door locks won't. ---Headlights won't turn on or will flicker. ---Low beams - one low beam headlight will work while the other won't. ---Vehicle is stuck in limp mode (stuck in lower gear). WARRANTY and REFUNDS We provide a one year warranty on all repair work done to your TIPM. If we test your TIPM and we aren't able to find anything wrong with it we will refund your money minus an $85 diagnostic fee. If your TIPM has issues that can't be repaired we will give you the option of putting the money you have already spent towards the purchase of a fully rebuilt TIPM. INSTALLATION Installation is easy and something you can do yourself that will save you hundreds of dollars.
