1908 Unknown Frocked Dress Jacket.  It measures 18 inches shoulder to shoulder, 18 inches armpit to armpit, 24.5 inches shoulder to cuff and 42 inches long.  The liner is ripped, but still in good condition.  There is a name and date on the inside pocket.
