Good condition. Covers still on the staples. There are creases, some wrinkles and a few slight end tears.

We are selling to fundraise money to help network and rescue pet pigs. All proceeds go to our non-profit organization, Snouts of Sedona, which is a 501c3 non-profit sanctuary and rescue organization that helps educate and connect pet pigs in need with fosters or forever homes.
