This is new but not shrink wrapped for shipping. I have a 24' toyhauler and it is just a shade to small for it so I got the one size bigger. It should fit a regular 24 travel trailer or smaller. Comes with a storage bag. Too big to ship as it is not shrink wrapped anymore.
