Headless bass with Drop D tuner
Steinberger's entry-level Spirit Series.
Inherits that unique style. The body is quite small, but the 2 humbuckers give the bass a thick rock bass sound.
The bridge with drop-D tuners gives it a more low-end sound.
Tuning is done at the end of the body, but how is it possible to tune with this small knob? You may be wondering how this little knob can be tuned, but it easily turns with a gear ratio of 40:1 (usually around 20:1 in this price range). And it can be tuned with high precision.
This one is glossy black.
