Immediate payment is required. Orders placed in Wisconsin will be charged sales tax. Buyers in all other states are required to remit taxes to their local state for product purchased.
Shipping
All orders ship from our Wisconsin warehouse. Pickup from our distribution center is not available. Orders are processed Monday-Friday during normal business hours (9-5 CST), and usually ship next day. International shipping not available. Tracking numbers for your order will be emailed to you once shipped.
Returns and Refunds
Returns are offered on unused merchandise within 30 days. All returns require a Returns Authorization Number(RAN). To be issued a RAN please contact our customer service deparment using the "Contact Seller" function. Refunds amounts are based on returned product condition. Refunds are processed within 48 hours of product receipt in our warehouse.
