Rochester Institute Technology Retro Ceramic Mug Pi Sigma Delta fraternity apparently belonging to a person named "THEO."

Very unusual collectible. A few chips on the base as shown in photo.

 6" high 3.5" diameter.

I assume '1967' refers to Class of 67?

Likely “THEO” drank beer from this mug so it would be considered “used” but in remarkably good condition for a 57 year old item.
