We have done our best to describe the color and try to stick to the general color (e.g. “pink”  “blue” or “green”). . All items are shipped in the poly bubble mailers via USPS First class tracking service.

 Our return policy: 

We accept returns within 14 days.  Items must be in new condition with no signs of wear, pet/human   hair, stains, or odors.  Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories. Returned merchandise that has been worn, washed or altered will not be eligible for a refund. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer.
